MOSADAQA verification is essential for the following reasons:

1. Employment & Study Eligibility – Verification is mandatory for individuals seeking to work or study in Saudi Arabia.
2. Authenticity Assurance – This ensures that educational documents are genuine and issued by recognized institutions in Pakistan.
3. MOSADAQA verification is specifically required for various educational credentials, including Bachelor’s degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas (PGD), Master’s degrees, MPhil, PhD, transcripts, mark sheets, and diplomas. These documents must be authenticated to ensure their validity for employment or study purposes in Saudi Arabia.
4. The Saudi Embassy Requirement – The Saudi embassy in Pakistan will only attest educational documents after they have been verified and authenticated by MOSADAQA.

What Documents are required for MOSADAQA Verification?

To complete the attestation and verification process through MOSADAQA, applicants must provide the following documents:

• Original Degree – Must be duly attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in Pakistan.
• Original Marksheet or Transcript – Issued by the relevant educational institution.
• Proof of Payment Email Verification – The original paid fee slip for degree verification via email from universities must be submitted to the 365 Screening office for verification by MOSADAQA and the Saudi Culture Mission.
  The Original paid fee slip received via email for degree verification from the Saudi Culture Mission.
• Copy of Passport – A clear copy of the applicant’s passport.
• Copy of CNIC/ NICOP – A valid copy of the applicant’s Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC/ NICOP).
• Copy of Job Offer Letter – Must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia.
• Copy of Marriage Certificate – Required for married female applicants.

Important Notes:

• If you wish to validate your Master’s degree through MOSADAQA, you must first have your Bachelor’s degree valeted from MOSADAQA.
• All submitted documents, including the Degree, Passport, and Job Offer Letter, must have the same name for verification.

Important Notes for Saudi Cultural Attaché:

• Degrees obtained through online, distance, private, external, or overseas learning programs will not be attested by the Saudi Cultural Attaché. Only degrees earned through regular, on-campus study are eligible for attestation.
• If your Bachelor’s degree was earned privately and your Master’s degree was earned through a regular program, your Master’s degree will not be attested by the Saudi Cultural Attaché in Pakistan.
